Welcome to our spacious and airconditioned pool side studio. The 55sqm studio unit is set apart from our family home and overlooks our resort style pool. We live on a 2 1/2 acre lifestyle block just outside of Hamilton and easy access to Cambridge and Lake Karapiro. Hobbiton, Waitomo Caves and Rotorua are an enjoyable day trip from our place. Unlimited Wifi and multi channel 'Freeview' TV are available. Our family home is across the pool and we are happy to help in any way we can. The space The studio is a home away from home and is tastefully decorated with a kitchenette (microwave, hot plate, electric frying pan, fridge and freezer, toaster, jug, tea & coffee etc and a separate bathroom with a shower over the bath. The dining, lounge and bedroom become a place to relax after a busy day. Guest access You have full access to the studio unit, the outside barbeque, portico area and the pool. It is lovely relaxing under the portico, looking over the pool, after a busy day. Feel free to have a wander through the back paddock to the small stream at the back of the property. There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles including trailers etc. You can park directly outside the door so easy access in to the unit. Other things to note The bedding configuration is a Queen bed. We have a very lovely dog called Bella and a small flock of sheep that are sometimes in the paddock next to the studio, to keep you entertained!
