This is a basic but very functional one bedroom apartment, in a very quiet area, with swimming pool, garden and mini golf, for a relaxed/fun holiday. Yet only a 20 minutes walk from the town centre, where you can get busy, if that is what you are looking for. Then come back to retemper in a quite, restful space. It is also an ideal space for families! The space Plenty of natural light, plus magnificent views of the Ocean and Lagos Old Town. Located on a 5th floor, with 2 lifts. Meia Beach is just there in front of you, 300 mtrs away, the train station around the corner, 200 mtrs away and Lagos Old Town, over the bridge, 20 minutes of a pleasant stroll along the river. And of course, also important, the supermarket, 300mtrs away. This apartment is included in a closed complex with security service, a shared swimming pool, garden, children play area, restaurant, mini golf and a reception desk, open 24 hours a day. In the kitchen you can find everything to make your time easy: washing machine, dish washer, coffee machine, electric kettle, cooker and oven, fridge, pots and pans and all the basics for basic meals. A spacious sitting room with a big door to the balcony, where you can delight yourself with the amazing views, watch the sun set, enjoy your meals or just sit back and relax. In the sitting room there is a sofa bed able to comfortably accommodate one or two children. The next room is the bedroom, with double bed, a spacious wardrobe for your clothes, and also a big door leading to the same balcony. There is also free parking in the building garage. It will be good for a small car. A bigger one will have some difficulties to manouvre. There is also a restaurant/café by the pool, and across the road there are beautiful beach bars, for your delight. You will be spoilt for choice! Enjoy Lagos Marina, sit down for a refreshing drink while watching people and boats passing by, and after a hard day's work on the beach just across the road/rail way, go for a well deserved cool dive in the pool. After a little rest, try the delicious food in the vast offer of restaurants and bars in the old town, and then, feeling rewarded and content, come back to the tranquility and quietness of your holiday home! Guest access The access to the swimming pool area and garage is free.
