Avellaneda Rural House

Avellaneda is a newly built house located in a small town of the same name (Avellaneda) about 15 km from El Barco de Ávila. The village is in the skirt of the mountain, which gives it beautiful landscapes and makes it an ideal place for hiking and enjoying tranquility. The patio and its porch are ideal for sharing a barbecue, chatting at the table or giving the little ones freedom to play without leaving home. The space In addition, it has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, glass ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine...), a large table for all diners and sofas that invite you to relax. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: one double with a private bathroom and two doubles with two single beds each, with up to two extra beds possible. Each room has bed linen and towels for each guest. All this is completed with a common bathroom and a toilet (on the ground floor).
