It's perfect for outdoor dining and there is a barbeque area with gazebo and table. You will find two private parking spots to park two cars. The villa is divided into two units. UNIT 1 On the ground floor we find: - the living room for relaxing moments overlooking the garden and swimming pool; - 1 toilet; On the first floor we find: - a bedroom with a 1.20m bed with en-suite bathroom with shower; - two single bedrooms; - a bathroom with shower; On the second floor we find: - double bedroom; - a bathroom with bathtub; UNIT 2 On the ground floor we find: - a complete kitchen with a dining table for 6 people; - 1 toilet; In the basement we find: - a laundry room with washing machine and dryer; - a kitchen; - a single bedroom with bathroom with shower and bathtub for service staff. Only the bedrooms are with air-conditioning. Wifi and internet connection is not avaliable on the second floor. A big supermarket Esselunga is very close to the Villa and there you can buy fresh seafood, bread, fruits and very good wine.
