Boutique cottage with pool near Cognac

Renovated in 2018 to a very high Standard. We wanted to bring a very boutique and unique feel to the property. The cottage has been interior designed so if you have a Love for interiors you will definitely feel at home here. We are nettled amongst the vineyards in a small village which is a 8-9 minute drive from Cognac. Cognac has plenty of restaurants and is the home of cognac. Each bedroom has its own ensuite and the white suite additionally has a roll top bath. As well as a 60ft terrace The space The cottage is exclusive to guests. All bedrooms are large double rooms with 2 ensuites. the cottage is strictly for 4 adults only unless requested prior to booking. It has its own private 60ft terrace for sun bathing and outdoor dining. You have direct access to the pool from your terrace . The pool is shared with our house and is within the same grounds. The cottage doesn’t always have the pool exclusively. Guest access Pool is shared with house guests or ourselves unless you are renting the house and cottage together. If nobody is in the house then you will the pool exclusively. You have the entire cottage and terrace for your own use. This includes a large comfy seating area perfect for an afternoon nap. Outside dining facilities to seat 4 people as well as 2 sun loungers should you require as well as plenty of loungers around the main pool Guests don’t have access to the main house or house garden communal areas. You can use the pool and the pool area till 8pm If we are not in the house. when you have the place to yourselves then we ask that open and close the pool and water the plants around the pool Other things to note Cognac is an 8-9 minute drive. A big town full of wonderful restaurants and shops. Hennessy Remy Martin and many other famous chateau’s are all less that 10 minutes drive There is a fantastic spa 8 minutes away. A programme of monthly events such as evening spas are all in the cottage for you browse and then to book should you require We are surrounded by vineyards so why not take a picnic amongst the vines. Picnic basket provided There are many activities for children and adults to. Such as wake boarding water skiing at Planet Ski and also a large water par k. Canoeing is Also very popular and can be done in both Cognac and Jarnac.
