Nice, quiet apartment

Welcome to Wald-Erlenbach 🌿 – the quiet district of Heppenheim. Our cozy apartment (about 50 square meters) with a separate entrance offers everything for a relaxing break: living room and bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrace for relaxing. 🌞✨ Sleeps up to 5 people with two single beds (can also be used as double beds) and sofa bed. Surrounded by meadows, you can enjoy nature and tranquility here. The space The apartment is very bright and friendly. The surroundings are natural and very quiet due to the cul-de-sac. Parking is available on the street. Guest access To the complete apartment and the terrace. Other things to note A little note for our animal friends 🐾 We are delighted that four-legged friends are also allowed to vacation with us – after all, man's best friend is part of it! 🐶✨ To make all guests feel comfortable, we have three small "holiday rules for furry friends": 1. Unfortunately, the garden is not part of the apartment – so it is off limits for guests and dogs. 🌱🚫 2. The furniture remains dog-free – as comfortable as the sofa and bed may look, they are only intended for two-legged people. 🛋️🛏️ 3. Our 4 chickens are not playmates. Please don't chase them, otherwise they will stop laying breakfast eggs in protest. 🥚🐔 Don't worry: your dog can still enjoy a lot of vacation – long walks, exciting sniffing adventures and lots of cuddling time (just not on the sofa 😉). Thank you for your understanding – so two- and four-legged friends alike have a nice, relaxed time! 🌞🐕 Since fees (€10 per night/dog) are incurred for the four-legged friend, we ask that you register the dog in advance.
