This small studio apartment is located on the second floor. It features a balcony with a partial side view of the sea, and one bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave, dishes, and a dishwasher. You will have your own private space and will not share the apartment with other guests. Parking on site is available — one spot per apartment. The beach is just 200 meters from the house, perfect for a quick and easy visit. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and accessible only by stairs — so it might not be ideal for elderly guests, those with limited mobility, or anyone who’s a bit grumpy about climbing stairs! Upon your arrival, either I or a family member will personally welcome you and hand over the keys. Please note, we do not provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, or cooking ingredients — please bring your own. In the kitchen you have a dishwasher, microwave, plates, electric kettle. Since Starigrad is located under Velebit mountain, the area is uphill, so is the way back from the beach that is across the street about 180 m away. the Studio is on the second floor without an elevator. Please keep that in mind. 10 minute walk to the first supermarket 20+ to the center. Please take the garbage into the green bin that is next to the parking lot in the yard. In the same building we have a few other apartments. You do not share your space with other guest. Other things to note if you need me you can contact me anytime.
