Chez Coline & Elie The space This charming cottage, very comfortable, offers two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a living room with open kitchen for a total of 50 m2. You also have a terrace on stilts well exposed to the sun of 17 m2 with dining table and garden furniture and a more shaded area on the garden floor of 17 m2 with deckchairs, sofa and barbecue. - Cottage that can accommodate 1 to 4 people - No smoking inside - ashtray available for outside The first bedroom is composed of a 160x200 bed and the second bedroom features a pull-out bed, which can be fitted into a 90x200 single bed or two 90x200 single beds side by side (possibility of having sheets for two single beds or a double bed). - Fully equipped cottage - Private and fenced outdoor area for the cottage - Large fenced garden to share - Locked room so you can drop off your equipment, bicycles, motorcycles - Walking departure directly from the house - Ideally located to discover all the diversity of Bugey (mountains, Lac du Bourget, activities in all seasons, discovery of the land and good local addresses, etc...) - Possibility to come and take care of our goats with us - Possibility to come with your horses (subject to conditions) - Possibility to book your breakfast basket, tasting board and 100% local meal! Guest access Parking in the inner courtyard Secure electrical gate with code Other things to note - Occupancy of home This home is designed to accommodate up to 5 people. For safety and insurance reasons, this number is required. Outdoor people (not sleeping in the cottage), are not accepted in the property, on the property and to be parked in the parking lot. For some exceptional needs, we can accept people from outside but with our prior agreement. - Animals We accept your pets in the cottage. In order for your pet's stay to go smoothly, we ask that you: - Bring your pet's belongings as the sofa and cottage beds are not allowed to pets. - That your pet is not aggressive towards other animals in the house (dogs, goats, passing horses). - That you always keep an eye on your pet because it remains your responsibility and keep it on a leash in the common garden. - That you bring the excrement back into the private garden of the cottage, the shared garden and the property. If you have booked an activity during your stay and you can not take your pet, we can if necessary keep your pet with us for the time of your return. Additional fee per animal for the stay: 10 euros (maximum 2 animals).
