Enjoy a riverfront stay on the beautiful Rogue River! Gorgeous views and private river access steps from the door. Conveniently located just 1 mi off I-5 by the City of Rogue River. Spacious, comfortable home, kitchen is a cook's paradise. Courtyard and deck/patio with fire pit all overlooking the river. Day trip to the Redwoods or Crater Lake easily! Visit Shakespeare Festival (30 mi), Britt Festival in historic Jacksonville (20 min), and Hellgate Jetboat Excursion in Grants Pass only 10 min! The space We decorate seasonally so you will feel right at home. A bundle of firewood and s'mores are provided during the winter months. You will feel relaxed and comfortable the moment you enter the courtyard. Outdoor areas and majority of rooms directly overlook the scenic waters of the Rogue River. This is a large home (5 bd/2 bath) with adjoining 2 bd guest unit rented separately. No shared spaces. 3 bedrooms (king, queen and full) are located upstairs, as well as a full bath with tub/shower. 2 bedrooms (queen and full w/twin bunk) and a full bathroom with shower only are on the main floor. Large gated yard with courtyard and patio, firepit, BBQ and deck off the kitchen/living area are great for entertaining. Full laundry and plenty of parking. Enjoy your own private river access where you can fish from the shore or raft/swim, there's also a boat launch less than 1 mi away at Coyote Evans Park/Rogue Visitor Center, where you will also find a greenway for miles of biking/walking along the river. We leave a couple of our personal bicycles at the home that you are free to use if you wish. Please note: This home is located between the river and a busy road, and the freeway is also approx 1 mile away, you will hear some outdoor area road noise. It is not a remote river getaway, rather it provides riverfront enjoyment with easy access to many sites and activities as well as being close to conveniences and restaurants in the lovely city of Rogue River. Come enjoy all that Southern Oregon has to offer! Guest access Guests have full use of private yard, deck and river access. (Please note: Path to river is short but moderately steep) Full laundry/utility area. Plenty of parking. Adjoining guest unit is rented and accessed separately. No shared spaces. Other things to note Small children will need close supervision due to the close proximity of the river and road. Some stairs and path to river are somewhat steep and may be challenging for individuals with mobility difficulties. Home has both central heat/AC and mini split systems to provide guests additional temperature control and comfort.
