There is something for everyone. 220 m2 villa with 8 bedrooms - 7 double beds, 2 single beds, a double sofa bed - a large relaxing living room, a large kitchen/living room, and a large game room (billiards, arcades, mini ping pong tables, darts). Large terrace. To be clear, we are not a star hotel but a gite that does not claim luxury but whose concept is a maximum of activities, well-being and fun! Possibility to accommodate 5 additional people in the tent suspended in the trees and in a tent. Please read the information about the house: - on weekends: check-in time Friday noon. Departure Sunday 5 p.m. (flexibility possible only if conditions are met, see below) - on weekdays: check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. Late check-out with extra charge - there is €200 cleaning included in the Airbnb rate: for a reasonable cleaning (no party with confetti everywhere). Also included are the sheets available on the beds (once per stay). We will call you at the beginning of the week of your arrival to prepare for your arrival. DO NOT MAKE A NOISE: as much as we do our best with lots of activities so that a group really has fun, we are strict about respecting the neighbors. The lessee accepts all liability and payment due in case of neighborhood complaint or damage caused in the villa (deposit of €1000 that can be taken by Airbnb). The day and evening must be reasonable (i.e. not disturb the neighborhood), with all the necessary precautions to be taken on your part: no music outside but inside and not too loud. Close windows and doors, do not scream or make too much noise outside at night etc. Out of more than 150 groups, it has always gone very well apart from 2 cases, we prefer to warn in advance, thank you for your understanding for the respect of a small village. To have a positive attitude of encouragement and only if these rules are respected: - we are (as far as possible) flexible on schedules and in particular departure.
