Our apartment is situated in the heart of downtown Lisbon – Baixa, in a building completely rebuilt in 2015. The apartment has a modern but comfortable decoration with all small details to make you feel HAPPY! Hope you enjoy your stay with us! The space The studio is situated in the heart of downtown Lisbon – Baixa, in a building completely rebuilt in 2015. The apartment is situated at the top floor (4th floor - elevator goes until the 3rd floor) and has modern and warm decor, with lots of windows that allows natural light to come inside and from where you can see the stars in the sky! It is a 40 m2 apartment, in a studio ambiance, with a large double bed, a sofa that we adapt to serve a very confortable single bed, table with 2 chairs, kitchenet with all the basics, 1 bathroom with modern shower cabin. Wifi and Air Conditioning (hot and cold) available through the entire apartment. Perfect for romantic couples and friends. :) Guest access AMENITIES The apartment has a kitchenet with fridge and a small freezer, cooker, combi microwaves; traditional coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, iron and iron board. We also have Free Wireless Internet and flat TVwith all cable channels. Air Conditioning available . We also have a hair dryer. Bed linen and bath towels are included. We always leave “our” Lisbon Tips with what we think are “must do’s” in this lovely city. Other things to note -CHECK IN/OUT RULES The Check In hour has to be agreed between Guest and Host. It’s imperative that we have your arrival time so that all the check in procedures can be arranged. Check In: 15h00 ( but we can keep your luggage starting at 12H) We will send you the instructions to get in the apartment. Don’t worry! It’s very easy! We work with code system! Ad we will always be available by mobile. Check Out: 11H Late Check Out: it will depend if we have guests checking in. If not, we can arrange for an extra price. All our Guests will receive an e-mail, one week before the check in, with all information about the arrival. -MAINTENANCE AND SPECIAL REQUEST All problems inside the apartment (eg. electric problems, equipment malfunction, water leaks), must be reported to us by telephone immediately. Depending on the problem, the resolution might take up to 72 hours or even more if it depends on third party services. Please notice that common parts of the Building, like the elevator, do not depend on us. Please contact us in case of any problem and we will call immediately the condominium.
