Secluded Escape in Luxury Tipis In Gascony

For 4 adults & 3 children (7 adults by arrangement) set in a beautifully secluded location, the accommodation consists of 2 large bell tents on 2 decks, with superb views. You will be the only guests. This is very private. The owners live in a barn about 100 meters from the tents, out of view, providing privacy. No guests. No parties without owners prior approval. Breakfast can be requested and host is licensed to provide Table d’hôtes. A fully equipped kitchen is available. The space The tents sit on raised decks, one with a large veranda, looking SW down a rural valley. The nearest neighbour is one km away providing peace and tranquility. You will be the only guests. This is not a camp site. Both tents have a queen sized (160x200cm) bed. The larger tent also has two single beds and smaller tent one single bed. There is a dedicated outdoor screened shower and changing room with two wash basins, toilet and washroom below the owners apartment. A large dedicated fully equipped summer kitchen ( fridge freezer, dishwasher, shared washing machine, icemaker) and beautiful pool / terrace, with seating, dining tables, BBQ area and all necessary amenities. WiFi is available here. There is a 12 meter salt water swimming pool. Smoking in or around the tents is strictly forbidden. Guest access Guests are free to roam around the one hectare garden, use the pool, terrace and summer kitchen. All that I ask is that the space is respected and no glass or china is used around the pool. Ample acrylic glasses and dinnerware are available for guest use. Other things to note The host also operates e-Bike rentals. If you are interested in a relaxing way of exploring the region please check with the host for availability. The e-Bikes have a range of up to 45 km and make a lovely day’s adventure. This is a secluded location, the only noise that can be heard are the birds and breeze. Occasionally on a Friday/Saturday night music can be heard from Lupiac’s lake restaurant and bar 3 km away.
