Deep Water - 32 x 32 Dock Fully furnished sleeps up to 7 Adults. Perfect for weekend or last minute summer vacation getaway. Peddle boats, canoes, john boat and SUP included in rental. Great fishing from private boat dock. Motorized boats available by separate agreement. The space Kitchen - Well stocked with all necessary dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. We also include some basic supplies like dish washing liquid, dish washer detergent, and paper towels. Master Level Bedroom- on Lower Hot Tub level- King Bed, Full Bathroom attached, Smart TV, Opens to Screened Porch, large room with plenty of floor space for a pack n play (there is one in the closet) or an air mattress. Main Level Bedroom- has Queen Bed and Full Bath Across Hall Upper Level Room- Two Twin Beds, Stuffed Animals, toys and games. Extra Room - Small Room on Lower Level, with a Futon/Bed and TV etc. Living and Dining Room - Next to Kitchen-Opens to Side Deck and Rear Grill Deck with Lake Views. This Great Room has TV, Love Seat, Large chair, and a Sleeper Sofa" . Dining Area has Table with Chairs. A high chair that straps onto a chair is available in downstairs closet, along with "Baby Gates" if needed. Laundry Room - Washer and Dryer, storage area for fishing pole, skis, boards, and lots of life jackets Parking- Parking is available in the Driveway. Driveway is steep. Limited parking at top of driveway also... Guest access Our Guests May Use All Amenities as Part of the Rental, Including: Life Jackets, SUP, Canoe, Peddle Boat- Except that Motorized Items are Only Available by Separate Agreement. Other things to note We Supply All Linens and Towels. We also ask that You Use the Toilet Paper that We Provide as we are on Septic System
