Our apartment is managed with sustainability in mind: we have taken every possible measure to ensure environmental responsibility. Public free parking on the road 400m away; pay parking opposite building. Shops, good cuisine, fine wines, green areas, and entertainment spots are all just a few steps away. Salò has a long history as well as modern infrastructure. Gardone Riviera, Sirmione, Desenzano are all in the vicinity and Verona is only an hour's drive away. Guest access The flat has two spacious master bedrooms with a large bed, two single bedrooms, a capacious entrance, a modern kitchen with major and accessory appliances, a comfortable bathroom with shower and bidet, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a stunning lake-view veranda. A flight of stairs leads to an ample common garden in the backside of the building. The garden is equipped with chairs, table, deck beds. Three steps lead from the garden directly to a small secluded pebble beach from which you can get into the water. Some steps lead from the front door to the apartment. Other things to note I don't live there and I need at least some hours to reach and prepare all for you, that's why I ask your extimated arrival time. The flat is in a small condo with four private residential units and a common garden. The small beach in front of the garden is technically public, but it is secluded and only reachable from our garden. A baby cot is provided on request for a fee of € 30 per stay; maximum two cots. City tax is 2,5 euro each person each night to pay on cash upon arrival. Owner of the pet must respect common rules for the garden (collect excrement, keep at leash, do not disturb, if agressive use a muzzle); this rules are to subscribe at arrival.
