My apartment is clean, bright and fresh. The guest space sleeps 2 people [1 double sofa bed] in the large lounge, with corner sofa and dining table. Basic breakfast provided. I have a friendly small cockerpoo dog. There is free on-street parking. The building has 4 apartments, I’m on the first floor. The bathroom is along the hallway. And has a shower and a bath. It’s for guests only. We have an en suite for family. Train stn is a 5 min walk. Bars, shops & cafes are also a 5 min walk a The space 1 large room, sleeps 2 comfortably. Best suited to couples as it’s a double sofa bed. Guest access Lounge, kitchen and bathroom During your stay I’m available to meet and greet guests from 6pm onwards week days and 3pm onwards weekend days. Please check out before 0930 Other things to note I have a small dog. A very friendly Cockerpoo. But can kept away from guests if they prefer. I have 2 kids who are with me half the week.
