It has air conditioning, a hydromassage shower, a small terrace, and a community pool with a hammock. The promenade and sandy beach are just a few meters away. Close by is the shopping mall, taxi or bus stop. The airport and the capital are a 5-minute drive away The space It is a cozy space that brings together everything you need to spend a few days relaxing, strolling along the beach, or sunbathing by the pool. You can read at sunset on the terrace, dine at restaurants on the promenade, or go shopping at the mall. The accommodation is a small new studio, within our property (guest house) fully equipped for long stays with light and natural ventilation through a door/window system with a dynamic opening that you can adjust to your needs. In addition, you have air conditioning and access to a small semi-roofed patio/terrace to protect you from the sun, where you can have breakfast or meals outdoors but respecting your privacy from the rest of the neighbors. When you open the access door to the community area, a few steps away you will find the solarium with a swimming pool for community use and your own use of a hammock and umbrella to sunbathe, see the sky... You have WiFi and portable computer support, TV, and Google Home access. In the same studio space you have a kitchen, microwave, small fridge and all the utensils for your meals. You also have a table and chair inside as well as large closets. The bathroom is very cozy with a whirlpool shower. Upon arrival you will find this small accommodation, a great treasure of our home, prepared for you with great care and with all the guarantees of hygiene and cleanliness to welcome you and give you a quiet vacation for an unbeatable price. Guest access All spaces are within the property and the pool in the community area with a large solarium where you will have your own hammock and umbrella.
