Centrally located with short drives to shopping, groceries, restaurants and the Maine Coast. The house sits on five wooded acres with gorgeous river views. Dresden Maine is just 45 minutes from Portland JetPort and 38 minutes to salt water at Boothbay Harbor. The house features two large bedrooms with queen beds and a third smaller bedroom with twin beds. The dining and kitchen area is spacious with a large living room and large main floor bathroom. Full size outdoor deck with outdoor furniture. All furnishings and appliances and all renovations were completed in the summer of 2021. Home includes air conditioning and heating. Parking is located in front of the detached garage and to the left or right of the garage. Easy access to main roads and close to highways. I will be readily available by phone and text. I will text daily to check in and make sure you are enjoying your stay!! You will feel you are way out in the country on this beautiful one lane unpaved road sharing the area with just two neighbors. The property sits right on the road, across from the expansive Kennebec River and has a five acre wooded back yard up the hill. We do allow pets, however, this can be discussed with the host at the time of booking. There are limits and possible deposits required. Dresden is a very small town, however, you will have all the necessities by visiting Dresden Take Out, a few minutes from the house, at 537 Gardiner Road in Dresden, prepared food, lunch counter, gas, pizza to go, convenience store, some groceries. Then, just over the bridge from the house is Richmond, a quaint old town with restaurants and Pierce's Country Store for all your grocery needs. You must try Kimberly's for dinner and Annabella's for breakfast/lunch.
