Dresden Maine is just 45 minutes from Portland JetPort and 38 minutes to salt water at Boothbay Harbor. The space The house features two large bedrooms with queen beds and a third smaller bedroom with twin beds. The dining and kitchen area is spacious with a large living room and large main floor bathroom. Full size outdoor deck with outdoor furniture on one side of the house and a brick patio area with outdoor furniture on the other side. All furnishings and appliances and all renovations were completed in the summer of 2021. Home includes air conditioning and heating. Guest access Parking is located in front of the detached garage and to the left or right of the garage. Easy access to main roads and close to highways. Other things to note We do allow pets, however, this can be discussed with the host at the time of booking. There are limits and possible deposits required. Dresden is a very small town, however, you will have all the necessities by visiting Dresden Take Out, a few minutes from the house, at 537 Gardiner Road in Dresden, prepared food, lunch counter, gas, pizza to go, convenience store, some groceries. Then, just over the bridge from the house is Richmond, a quaint old town with restaurants and Pierce's Country Store for all your grocery needs. You must try Kimberly's for dinner and Annabella's for breakfast/lunch.
