The apartment is newly furnished and is located on the 1st floor of my house (built in 2017) right in the heart of Ettlingen's old town. You will be staying directly in the pedestrian area (parking can be rented if available, please inquire). All the sights, restaurants, bars and shops for your daily needs are within walking distance. Alternatively, enjoy your home, cook in the fully equipped kitchen and end the evening on the balcony.
