Spacious double room with BATHROOM, Quimper center
Description
My place is close to: public transportation, the city center, shops, pubs and cafés, the train and bus stations (5 minutes by bus – line 5 or 9 – and 10 minutes on foot), and Quimper Airport (10 minutes by taxi/car). Bedroom away from common areas, shared bathroom, garden, 160-cm (queen-size) bed, full breakfast and/or meals (on request, in addition to the room rate). Perfect for couples (even with a baby), solo travelers, and business travelers. The space The bedroom is in a large townhouse with a garden. You can park your car inside the property, which is secured by an electric gate with a keypad. Option to accommodate a toddler (travel cot available). The accommodation is not suitable for people with disabilities because it is located on the second floor of the house with no elevator. The bathroom is shared with one of my daughters. There is no TV (and I don’t plan to install one). Guest access Easy access from the RN165 or from Quimper-Pluguffan Airport or the train station (2 minutes by car, 5 minutes by bus, and 10 minutes on foot). Bus: Line 9, “Henri Barbusse” stop. During your stay I remain available to recommend activities, places to walk, restaurants, etc., to guests who are not familiar with the area. I am a simple, sociable, and discreet person. My job has accustomed me to interacting positively with people. Foreign guests are welcome. I am fluent in English. Other things to note Breakfast (on request): organic products, fresh bread, cereals, fruit, tea, coffee, eggs (add €9 per person, payable at the end of the stay; children under 6 years old: free). Dinner (upon request): home-cooked meals made primarily with organic ingredients. Local fish and seafood first! Wine also available upon request (several varieties). Foreign guests can ask me to cook them typical French dishes (price per meal adjusted, from €15 to €50 per person): from langoustine to lobster, from pollock to sea bass, not to mention monkfish, creuse oysters, or plate oysters... paired with white wine (from Muscadet to Chassagne-Montrachet), local salted butter, and crusty bread. Meals must be ordered at least one day in advance. Please let me know your dietary preferences (omnivore, vegetarian, vegan), as well as any food allergies or intolerances. Breakfasts and meals are enjoyed in my large, modern 35 m² (377 sq ft) kitchen. You need to let me know the day before for the next day’s breakfast so that I can make arrangements.
