Located in a peaceful area, enjoy the tranquility with amenities just 5 minutes away. This renovated two-story property features a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room, and spacious bedrooms. New: An outdoor spa is available as an option for your leisure time. (See terms and conditions below.) Pets are welcome thanks to the fully fenced property. An ideal setting for any kind of stay! The space You will enjoy the comfort of the living room and its large connected TV that has a NETFLIX subscription, all while enjoying the flame and warmth of the pellet stove. Sofa bed is a convertible. The floor is equipped with reversible air conditioning so that it is always good in your rooms. In the first, you will find a double bed with a comfortable mattress. In the second, a double bed, with a memory foam mattress, a desk area is also provided in it. In the third, two beds measuring 90 by 190 cm. The large walk-in shower in the bathroom should delight you. You will enjoy the sunny terrace on which an electric plancha and a barbecue will be available in summer on request. For summer days a pergola is installed so you can enjoy the shade. Relaxation, outdoor hot tub Optional (for a fee): To make your stay even more enjoyable, an outdoor hot tub is available on the terrace. To ensure perfect hygiene and a thorough clean between each stay, this option must be applied to your entire reservation (it is not possible to book it for just one night): Stays of 4 nights or more: €15/night. Shorter stays: €20/night. Those who simply want to enjoy the house at a discounted rate can, of course, rent it without this option. If you are interested, please let us know by message when you book. We will then send you the dedicated access code. Please note that during periods of extreme cold or severe weather events, this option will not be available. At our place there is everything for your comfort, a fridge with a freezer section, a coffee machine, a kitchen piano, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
