The apartment consists of 1 bedroom (double bed and pull-out armchair), equipped with a mini kitchen, bathroom and balcony overlooking the sea. It is equipped with air conditioning and TV/SAT. There is a shop and an ATM on the ground floor of the house. There is no need to cross the road because from the courtyard there are stairs for the underpass that leads to the beach.
