Attic Suite- Kudrat-A Boutique Homestay in Tirthan

Kudrat is nestled by a beautiful deodar forest in the heart of Tirthan valley. Located 5 kms away on a hill top, away from the busy Tirthan river side. Wood House is an 100% traditional house (Kath Guni) made of wood and stone. All the 3 bedrooms have ensuite washrooms. -Kitchen / Dining on Ground Floor -Living + 2 bedrooms on 1st Floor (we keep the bedrooms locked) -Library + 1 attic bedroom on 2nd Floor The space Ground Floor rooms: We don’t let out this area (It has Kitchen and 2 bedrooms). Kitchen is let out for monthly rentals only. First Floor (with common balcony): 2 Bedrooms - The SHYAL and the KAKKAR & The Living Room. We don't let out the bedrooms when we have guests staying in the Attic Suite. Guests have access to the Living Room and the entire balcony. Second Floor: 1 Attic Suite – The BRAAG and the Library. Access to the Bedroom is via the Living Room Common outdoor areas are the Deck, Pool, Glass room, the Yoga Hall and the lawns. Meals are served in the Glass House. Doors and windows can be creaky. It's totally safe and peaceful. Guest access We have free parking at the property and there are steps to climb up from the parking to the house and is not wheel chair friendly. Road condition: After the floods in 25’ - the roads in the Tirthan & Jibhi valley side are in very bad state. Moreover in the last 5 kms to Kudrat there is a road patch of 100 meters that’s still broken. It’s getting fixed and only last 100 meters is left should be hopefully done by the end of Mar 26’. So the guests who wish to book with us have to be flexible (Incase the roads are not in place) 1. To hike up (via Bandal village) for 20 mins (it’s easy but not for unfit people) or 2. ⁠To shift cars before and after the broken patch if needed We have managed the similar situation in 2023 too and it’s doable but we want guests to be aware before confirming their reservation. We strongly believe in NO Surprise policy. Who can Avoid KUDRAT: - If you wish to party by playing loud music. Loud music is not permissible. It’s a quiet chill place and we want to keep it like that - We don’t like people who are Noisy in the house and feel Entitled - If you can’t have dinner on time. We really can’t hold back our staff for late night dinners. No late-night Dinners - If you are paranoid with dogs. We are pet friendly - People with mobility issues. We have steps and the property is not wheel-chair friendly - If you are very scared of driving on narrow single upslope off-road - get a taxi - If you want to smoke in the bedroom or in the washroom Other things to note MEAL CHARGES (Per person, per meal) For 0 – 3 Years: No charges For 4 – 7 Years: 50% charges For 8 Years & above: Breakfast: INR 690 /-, Lunch: INR 690 /- & Dinner: INR 990 /- GST (Taxes) is 18% extra, as per the current Govt. guidelines MEAL TIMINGS Breakfast: 8.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. Lunch: 1.00 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. Dinner: 8.00 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. (we really can’t do late night dinners) Last Snacks order by 7.00 p.m. Between 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. the Kitchen remains closed
