Kudrat- A Boutique Homestay(Attic Suite)

Kudrat is nestled in village Bandal adjoining a beautiful forest, full of Deodar (Cedar) trees and wildlife. The property is located at an altitude of 6200 feet and faces the snow capped Tirth peaks (4200 m) in Great Himalayan National Park (UNESCO Heritage Site) and provides distant views of the famous Tirthan river. We’re on the edge of a village that gives access to great outdoors. The space The house is made in traditional Kath Kuni architecture using only stone and wood. Interiors are cosy and plush. Flooring is of hard wood. Front view from the house is of Tirth peaks and Great Himalayan National Park range. On the other sides we have Deodar (Cedar) trees. Ground Floor has Kitchen cum Dining and two bedrooms, 1st Floor has Living room and two more bedrooms, 2nd floor has Library and Attic Suite. (We are coming up with another house with 8 bedrooms by next year) Guest access Inside the house: ==> Living Room, Library, Dinning area, balconies Outdoors ==>feel free to explore Other things to note 1. No smoking inside the rooms/toilets 2. Its a wooden house with wooden flooring, please keep low decibels. 3. Breakfast is complementary. Lunch and dinner have fixed menu meals and are chargeable at Rs 500 per meal per person.(below age 08 - no meal charges) 4. Extra person (above age 08) is chargeable at Rs. 2500 per day. 5. Feel free to talk to the host / staff. 6. If driver / maid accommodation is needed - please inform in advance as the stay needs to be arranged in the village on chargeable basis
