VILLA MARTI

Villa Marti is a beautiful villa with a pool and large garden. Located in Terrasini, a tourist resort, famous for its beautiful cliffs. It is close to the sea ( 5 minutes to Magaggiari beach), to Palermo (20 km) and Punta Raisi airport (about 8km); strategic location from which to hike to Castellammare, Scopello, Trapani, San Vito Lo Capo, Zingaro nature reserve and much more. Villa Marti is not available from November 1 to June 1. Family only. The space Villa Marti is on two levels, on the first floor: living room, double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower. On the second level :a large attic with two beds and a bathroom in the room. two porches and large outdoor spaces, the laundry area, large manicured garden and a beautiful pool. Guest access the entire villa is available for guests. The pool is not available during October 31/May 31. Villa Marti is reserved for families only.
