The building is located in a fantastic and very central area of Arrecife, close to the old town, the Charco de San Ginés and the shopping streets. The location is excellent, in the heart of the city center and a few minutes from the points of interest, with many restaurants and interesting things to see in the area. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and due to its proximity to everything, guests will not need a car. Arrecife is also a great starting point to get to know the whole island. The space The building has parking for guests who come with a rental car and elevator. You don't need a car to get around Arrecife, as all points of interest are less than a 5 minute walk away. In addition, there is a large avenue by the sea that runs along the coast of Arrecife to Puerto del Carmen, ideal for those who love the walks. To tour the rest of the island, you can hire excursions or rent a car for specific days. Guest access The building has parking subject to prior reservation. During your stay We like to give guests freedom to enjoy their stay, welcoming them on the first day to welcome them, show them everything and help them settle in. Before and during your stay we are available to guests and available 24 hours by phone, with 24 hour emergency phone in case you need anything or any issues arise. Other things to note The building in Arrecife offers fully renovated apartments, exquisitely decorated and equipped specifically for vacation rental. The homes are very large and full of light. The building was built in 1999 and the homes were conditioned in 2018 for the holiday market. The area is unbeatable, quiet and easily accessible by car; in addition, everything is close, so the car is unnecessary. Parking is available in the same building, although the entrance can be narrow, a not very large car is recommended.
