A beautiful light, airy and comfortable 4 bed house, situated in a peaceful village location only 3 miles from stunning beaches. It's close to golf courses, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, and the Eden Project. The space Welcome to our recently improved 4 bedroom house, complete with family bathroom room, downstairs cloakroom, pretty enclosed back garden and private off street parking for 1 car. Please feel free to use: Smart TV and DVD player and any books, DVDs and jigsaws. Washing machine and dryer in utility room. Coffee machine, pots, pans and utensils in the kitchen. Dog towels and throws - one well behaved dog welcomed. Please wipe muddy paws. There is a hose you can use if your dog gets muddy. Garage – please lock it when you leave the house and respect our items stored here. All possessions are left at your own risk. Summer house and garden furniture. Guest access The house has a fairly steep drive, then a gravel path to the front door. Other things to note Things to keep in mind: Hot water and electricity - the house is run on electricity (no gas) and hot water is heated by an immersion and operated by a timer switch. Bathroom - hot water takes a while to come through. Run the tap in the sink until it’s hot. Then the shower and bath will have hot water when you run the taps. The tank in the loft holds about 150 litres and is constantly reheated after each shower. If there are six of you, please stagger showers over a couple of hours and be mindful of water usage so you have enough hot water. Parking – you are welcome to park on the drive but it’s rather steep. Free roadside parking is also available, please just be considerate to our neighbours.
