The house is in a restored old Athenian mansion with several interesting architectural features and a beautiful courtyard. The almost 100 year-old building maintains a close relation to both old and new elements. The spatial arrangement and the carefully selected artistic decoration provide the guest with the adequate environment, enough to feel like home. The space Stylish, peaceful and sunny, the 36m2 high-ceilinged house has everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay, on the outskirts of the city centre, in a quiet and beautiful neighbourhood with its own secrets to discover, very close to all public transport. Other things to note The space is an autonomous part of our residence, so it is not just a common room for rent but a normal complete house separated from the rest of the residence, with its own independent entrance.
