The space On the ground floor and first floor there are 2 premium apartments with around 30m² of living space, on the first floor there is a superior apartment with around 50m². The prices quoted are for the superior apartment. Premium apartments on request NOTE: Each apartment has its own listing/booking calendar. If one is booked, try the other apartments!!! Amenities of the apartments: - Bed (140 x 210 cm) - Sofa corner/sleeping possibility - TV / Wi-Fi - Bath with toilet and hair dryer - fully equipped kitchenette (dishes, pots, 2 hotplates, microwave oven function, Coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge) - Desk / safe - Phone/bell/private mailbox Guest access You will book a gated apartment consisting of living room/bedroom with kitchenette and separate bathroom. In the house there is also a shared laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron/ironing board which can be used free of charge.
