The land covers about 15,000 meters. Bunyola is a municipality located in the foothills of the Sierra de Tramuntana, bordering Palma and Marratxi. A land of contrasts and varied landscapes, in Bunyola there are practically flat areas, such as the one in which this house is located, which is closer to Palma and through which the Soller train passes. The nearby supermarket is 2 km away (in Palmanyola) The nearby restaurant bar is 2 km away (in Palmayola) Golf is 3 km away. GOLF SON AMAR Other things to note Official check-in time: 5:00 pm. Upon confirmation of booking, a written confirmation will be sent to guests, and they will be asked to sign accepting the house rules. - Animals will only be accepted if there is a prior agreement between the parties. - It is not allowed to take utensils, bed sheets, blankets, towels, etc. out of the houses. A €100 surcharge will be charged for lost keys. It is mandatory to keep the property in perfect condition during the term of the contract, leaving the kitchenware clean or inside the dishwasher in operation, the garbage deposited in the corresponding containers and the air conditioning or heating off and windows closed No annoying, unhealthy, harmful, dangerous, illegal or contrary to the Community Statutes activities may be carried out on the property. Nor may flammable, explosive or corrosive materials be stored in the dwelling and/or commercial or industrial activities carried out in the dwelling. The Lessee shall be directly and exclusively liable and exempts the property from all liability for: i) Damages that may be caused to persons or things and are derived from facilities for services and supplies of the leased seasonal house. ii) Damages, deterioration or losses that occur in the same, whether caused by the lessee or by the people who live in the house.
