The space This apartment is situated in a historic buidling and has a private garden, terraces and a balcony with great views of Lake Como. The apartment offers a living room with a new separate kitchen (including all appliances), 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower (with jets) and a garden room. The apartment is equipped as standard but offers all facilities (including free WiFi & Sat-TV). The garden, balcony & terraces offer complete privacy and are only accessible to our guests. Also from here you have a great view of the lake! 1 bedroom is located in the souterrain. Since 2022, this bedroom is also accessible via the central hall. By the way, in the living room you will also find two good sofa beds. Please note that the apartment is located in the historic village, or the Borgo of Pognana Lario. This means that you have to walk for a few minutes from the general car park and the walkway is slightly steep uphill and there are small steps. The Borgo Pognana Lario gives you a real authentic feel and is centrally located on the lake between Bellagio & Como. Guest access The appartment will be completely yours and also the terraces and gardens are only for your private use! Other things to note Dono Il Lago is located at the old borgo of Pognana. Besides having beautiful views on the lake don't forget to stroll around and enjoy the cobbled ancient streets of Pognana . The public parking is about 300 metres from the borgo and the borgo can not be reached by car. One last thing to mention: the house of George Clooney is directly at the other side of the lake and can be seen from the appartment, the garden and the terraces.
