Maribergue is in one of the most beautiful villages in France, with a lovely pool in a huge park of olive and cypress trees. You'll love the relaxing essence of Provence, yet with access to swimming in nearby Lac de Saint Cassien, the sea at Cannes (30 mins), the perfume of Grasse and local vineyards The space Property Configuration ATTIC The top floor/attic level includes two bedrooms. Attic Bedroom #1 is a spacious room featuring two double beds. It is located next to Attic Bedroom #2, which contains two single beds and features lower ceilings. This floor is self-contained with its own bathroom equipped with both a tub and a shower. 1st Floor The first floor also contains three bedrooms. First Floor Bedroom #1 is furnished with a double bed and is uniquely interconnected with Bedroom #2, with two single beds, ideal for a family The bedroom with the two single beds has no separate entrance and must enter/exit through the parents' entry/exit. Bedroom #3 is furnished with a double bed. For convenience on this level, the WC and the shower room are separate facilities. Ground Floor. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious kitchen with a dedicated dining area and a living room. This floor includes one bedroom that features its own en-suite bathroom/WC. (There are 2 ground-floor bathrooms) Garage Additionally, there is a separate Garage Bedroom located just outside the main villa, which is furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Guest access 7 bedrooms, 5 with queen-size beds, and two with twin single beds, 4 bathrooms with showers, 1 with a bathtub, a sitting and reading room, and a high-ceiling dining room with glass doors leading to wrap-around terraces and the pool. (Please Note: The use of the pool season begins on the last weekend of April through the 30th of September) The house is an oasis located in a huge park of terraced olive groves. The pool has an alarm and cover and is uniquely situated among olive trees and Provençal terraces. Other things to note There are great restaurants, local vineyards, artisan bakeries, supermarkets, and the Provençal markets and art of Fayence and Tourettes within walking distance. The valley of Fayence is uniquely fertile with local farmers’ markets, wine, world-renowned gliding, and a special breezy, sunny climate. Our house is one of the original houses in Fayence, called Maribergue, where the married shepherds used to live in the winter among their olive tree, ancient stone terraces. Important: The Swimming Pool season begins on the last weekend of April and ends on the 30th of September. We reserve the right to determine an energy surcharge if the climate is unseasonably colder or milder. No Surcharges will be incurred during the peak summer season.
