Looking for that perfect spring/summer break. This house is in a perfect location for those wishing to explore the north coast of Cornwall. With close and easy access to Tehidy woods and Portreath beach. If feeling energetic you can enjoy a lovely walk down to Portreath via Illogan Woods or along the Gwel an Mor trail passing by Feadon farm where you will see an array of beautiful animals. This village has all you need to make your stay perfect with local shops, pubs and beauty salon. Guest access Guests have access to a well equipped kitchen, lounge/diner, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower/bath and a fully enclosed private back garden. There is private parking for 1 vehicle at the front of the house. Guest parking will be on the left hand side as you look at the front of house. Other things to note The house has an integral door from the kitchen of the main house into what was the garage space. The garage space is occupied by the host. The integral door is locked at all times and the host will not access the main house or the garden for the duration of your stay. The house is in a quiet village location with your typical village amenities. If you require more than this, access to a car or public transport may need to be considered.
