In our 200-year-old listed farmhouse, my partner and I rent a spacious apartment with fantastic lake views. Lake access 200 m. Public transport (bus station in 5 minutes' walk). The garden around the house is a paradise of diversity. The space The large hallway, the sheep room and part of the kitchen were restored in the fall of 2020 and the old building fabric (ca. 1780) was peeled out. Here you really feel like you are living in a monument. The living room and another bedroom offer the usual living comfort, the bathroom was extensively renovated in 2022. The rooms are relatively low. From 1.80 m, you have to duck your head at the door beams. The house is thin-walled, floor beams creak, so we ask for quiet hours starting at 11 pm. Guest access Entire apartment and private patio, we share the washing machine. Only one parking space is available. Other things to note The train line passes about 100 meters from the house (no freight trains, no trains at night). Now and then there is noise from agricultural farming (mowing, cow bells). In very dry summer months we ask for economical use of water, as we only have our own source.
