We are proud to present you our high quality homestay so that you and your family/friends can enjoy the stay in the historical city Malacca. Cleanliness and quality of service are our priorities for maintaining the homestay. The space The concept of J.U homestay is to create a common space for gathering of family and friends. After every gathering we will cherish and precious each other more. We are proud to present you our high quality homestay so that you and your family/friends can enjoy the stay in the historical city Malacca. J.U homestay located in the heart of Malacca. We are 5 to 10 mins away from the following attractions: i) The shore ii) Mahkota Parade/Dataran Pahlawan iii) Portuguese Settlement We are 10 to 15 mins drive away from the following attractions: i) Jonker Street ii) The Stadhuys iii) Cheng Hoon Teng temple J.U homestay has 3 rooms in total which can comfortably accommodate 8 persons. Additional guest starting from 9 pax will be supplied with mattress, pillow, blanket and towel. The maximum capacity of our place is up to 14 persons. Every room is equipped with aircond, bathroom and toilet. All the bathrooms has rain shower water heater, so that you can enjoy the shower after a long day in enjoying the scenery & food. Mosquito has raised some concern over certain places in Malacca. Though our area is not listed as high risk area, we have carried out proactive precaution measure to install mosquito netting covering the entire unit in order to maintain the comfort level of our homestay. In the dining room we have HD TV with various channel and other games for you to spend some quality time with family and friends. Meanwhile the kitchen is equipped with electric kettle, induction cooker and fridge. High speed Wifi covers the whole unit. We provide basic amenities like towel and blanket. Due to personal hygiene we regret that we did not provide toilet amenities. We have been constantly upgrading our homestay along the way with constructive feedback from our guests. Therefore we welcome any comment which is sincere and genuine. Other things to note Our neighbouring unit is undergoing renovation. Light noise will be expected during daytime. Rest assured that we will do our best to minimize the disturbance.
