Guest access NOTE 1: This listing is available in several different configurations that allow us to discount pricing.: 1-master bedroom, 3-smaller bedrooms will be locked and are not used by anyone - suitable for 1-2 adults and one small child. 3-smaller bedrooms, 1-master bedroom, and amenities will be locked and are not used by anyone - suitable for 2-6 adults and one small child. The entire upper level of the house - exclusive use of all amenities. We welcome your individual requests on configuration needs. Note 2: We do allow pre-approved events and larger gatherings for a negotiated price. Note 3: The basement is in renovation to allow a 2nd rental unit that is accessed in the rear of the house and will not interfere with the 5-star guest experience.
