BATHROOMS - There are 2 attached washrooms in the Apartment. - Both bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living room seats up to 5 to 6 people. - It offers a WiFi and TV with satellite channels. - The dining area seats 6 people. - There is one elevator in the building. -Apartment is accessible 24*7. KITCHEN - Guests have access to the kitchen. - The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a water filter, a toaster, a mixer-grinder, a refrigerator, and a microwave. - Crockery and cutlery are available. -The basic cooking facility is available. FOOD - Delicious Multicuisine restaurant COCOON located in close proximity serves VEG AND NON-VEG at a reasonable price. - The meals will be delivered to the Apartment. - Guests can also eat out in the nearby restaurants - COFFE CAFÉ DAY and other restaurants are in the same building and close proximity. - Guest can also order from Zomato or Swiggy. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire Apartment. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. STAFF ACCOMMODATION The caretaker can stay or move out of the Apartment as per the guest's request. HOME TRUTHS while we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - This property is not suitable for pets and guests who like to drink hookah, take drugs, and have loud music parties. - Parking space for one car is secured in the parking area with 24*7 security, while 2 cars can be parked outside. - Guests do not have access to the terrace. - WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here. HOUSE RULES - Loud music is not allowed. - Drinking is allowed only indoors. - Pets are not allowed. - Guests must ensure the neighbors don’t get disturbed, we strictly do not allow Sheesha in the Apartment. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES -- Local Guests with ids are not acceptable / Unmarried couples are not allowed in the Apartments. - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the Apartment. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
