Laundry room with large capacity Elite Maytag washer, dryer, ironing board and iron inside our condo. Gulf side, custom pool with waterfall hot tub will definitely soothe away your cares. Our short beach walkway has shower and rinse-off station and no steps for easy access. Located on 2nd floor(actually 3rd floor-covered parking is 1st floor).
