Groam Cottage, Rosemarkie Conservation Area

Groam cottage is an 18th century cottage recently renovated to modern standards. The cottage is located in the heart of Rosemarkie village and only a few minutes walk from the beach. A local grocery store, gift shops and Plough Inn are just around the corner. For golf enthusiasts the cottage is located about 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk from the historic Fortrose & Rosemarkie Golf course. Many other outdoor pursuits are available locally; Dolphin spotting, sailing, fishing, shooting and hill walking to name a few. Groam cottage with wood burning stove, underfloor heating and on demand hot water offers a cosy base from where you can explore the wider highlands. The cottage is located just off Rosemarkie High Street in a private gated plot with parking for one car. Additional parking is available immediately next to the property if required. The house comes with broadband unlimited free wifi. There is a small private garden and patio area with BBQ. Note that the cottage is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
