Location and description It is only 10 km to Frankfurt-City and 6 km to the airport. In the beautiful center of Hattersheim, in the middle of the Rhine-Main area, the historical "Pension zum Hirsch" is located in an absolutely central location! The entire 2nd floor was completely rebuilt, renovated and refurnished in 2017! The offered apartment offers space for a total of 7-9 people, divided into three double and one single room. All rooms are individually accessible and lockable! The space The apartment on the 2nd floor offers in total: 4 separate rooms (3 double + 1 single). Additionally, two more sleeping places can be set in two of the four rooms for an extra charge (for costs see "more info"!). 1 cozy and spacious, fully equipped kitchen-living room a shower bath with WC as well as ... ... 1 larger bathroom with bathtub and WC Guest access The apartment (four rooms, see above) has a separate entrance. Each room is equipped with a security lock and thus individually accessible. All rooms were equipped with new flat screen TVs in 2020 and have internet access with a free WLAN with a performance of 350 Mbit/s ! Shared in the apartment are the two bathrooms and the large eat-in kitchen. Other things to note With an occupancy "over 7" there is an additional cost of € 50.00 per guest per night at a standard price of € 249.00, i.e. plus 13 percent. This corresponds to € 349.00 for nine guests. In case of prices differing in the calendar, the additional charges for guests 8 and 9 always amount to 20% each of the current overnight price. Accordingly, the cost of additional beds at fair times, due to the change in the standard price, may be higher. The additional beds are comfortable "Bfull" air-chamber beds. The amount for the overnight stays of additional persons (max. 2) must be paid in cash or by EC card upon arrival. Please inform us if you would like to reserve one of the carport parking spaces in our camera-protected courtyard for the duration of your stay. Since we have only a limited number of such parking spaces, we ask for a pre-registration by mail (cars only!). As a fee we charge € 9,00 per day, or € 7,00 for stays longer than 5 nights: Parking fees must also be paid on arrival. We ask for your understanding that we must insist on strict compliance with the smoking ban in the building! A disregard leads to a cancellation of the booking without notice and obliges to pay a cleaning fee of € 300,00 ! Bringing dogs is not allowed in the apartment!
