We strive for excellent service and memorable stays for all our guests. SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO NOTE WHEN BOOKING SERENITY VILLA: All guests making use of the premises need to register online or provide a guest list prior to booking. Copies of passports and IDs need to be provided at the check in of all pre- registered guests. All pre-registered passport copies will be required at the check-in. We conduct passport verification via a channel Super hog. The main tenant will need to be approved via passport verification. Refundable Security Deposit: We will require a refundable security deposit of R30,000 to be paid via Airbnb prior to check in/upon arrival at registration. This will be refunded on the day of departure if no damages are found. If damages are found, we will need to apply the relevant charges in order to get the damaged item to its original state. The following is Not permitted: Bachelor and bachelorette functions/celebrations/weekend/groups. Parties, functions, events or groups of people in excess of 12 pax without prior permission. The use of Hookah pipes (damage and fire risk). Should we find that any illegal activity is taking place, it will be reported to Airbnb and the necessary legal steps will be taken. There may not be more than 20 people on the premises at any given time. Lunches & Dinners with additional guests: We do allow visitors; however, this needs to be managed respectfully, and the number may not exceed 20 people for lunches/dinners. Please note that the premises cannot be used as the local `retreat` for neighbouring villas and additional people every day. This becomes high traffic, additional cleaning/usage and the wear and tear is excessive. We understand if family and friends are visiting here and there or from other villas, however if from other villas, then the villas used need to be alternated. This property is ideally suited for family groups. Should you wish to plan a celebration, please do check with the host beforehand as noise levels need to be adhered to in accordance to the Airbnb noise & crowd level monitor. We can gladly assist with venue options, should you wish to plan a big celebration, as most villas in Camps Bay are not allowed to host big celebrations:). That way you can relax and plan an amazing celebration with no risks of early close. The number of people being accommodated on the premises may not exceed 12. We can add one or two single beds, should the need arise, however this is at an additional charge per person. Our Services: We prepare the table and provide a buffet continental breakfast daily. Our housemen also assist in the evenings and sleep on site, they assist with the following: Setting of and packing away tables, washing dishes, set up of outdoor relaxation area (cushions, umbrellas, etc). They do a full lock up of the premises in the evening and assist with setting alarms and attending to alarms at night. Our team manager has fingerprint key access and will open for the breakfast & cleaning team in the mornings. All our guests can download the shopping apps for delivery within 1 hour, on arrival. Woolworths, Checkers and Pick `n Pay are available. Checkers also delivers Alcoholic beverages. We provide the essential basics like mineral water, ice, milk, teas & coffees (incl capsules) in the kitchen. We provide firewood and a welcome drink on arrival. Uber is the best way to get around. Please always choose Uber Black (Lux) and only pay by card. Do not do any cash transactions/deals on Uber.
