The space PLEASE READ THE FULL DETAILS BELOW Limekiln Cottage is a stylish, homely 2 bedroom barn conversion in the heart of an award winning village with the beautiful Talacre beach less than 10 minutes drive away. The cottage benefits from a large living room with cosy fireplace . There’s a very well stocked bookcase, games, puzzles and a 46 inch Smart TV with apps for Netflix etc. The living room has large doors onto the patio. The open plan kitchen dining room has a granite worktop and is well equipped. It includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave. We also supply essentials including tea, coffee, sugar and dishwasher tablets. Upstairs there are two stylishly decorated bedrooms and both the king and two single beds have comfortable Emma memory foam mattresses, duvets and pillows*. The immaculate shower room has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and toilet rolls and a hairdryer located is in the double bedroom. The bedroom windows all have blackout blinds providing comfort and privacy. Outside there is a patio with rattan dining table and sofa chairs, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining on sunny days or relaxing on star-lit nights. There is a small private garden and adjacent to the property, and visible from the kitchen window, is a pond**. Amongst the water lilies and bulrushes you’re almost guaranteed to see frogs and newts (and often ducks visiting from the village pond!). The farmhouse has large gardens and a private wooded area which is a haven for wildlife with resident badgers. It is a natural habitat for wild birds, rabbits, and owls are regular visitors too. The property is located off a private road with it’s own driveway and parking for 2 cars. EV charging is available on request, charges apply. Llanasa is a beautiful, quiet village in an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB). There aren't any shops in the village but Prestatyn is only a few miles away and there are a host of supermarkets, shops and restaurants there. We also have some great local gastro pubs and a local Indian food delivery service. Locally there's plenty to do and see - amazing beaches, waterfalls, historical properties, beautiful walks, fishing, riding, and things to do with children. North Wales has an abundance of castles and visitor attractions and we are well placed to explore the region if you choose to go further afield. The historical city of Chester is a 40 minute drive away. *To help keep holidays affordable for everyone this year the property comes without linen so you can bring your own and save costs but, if you'd prefer, it can be supplied at an additional charge payable upon arrival at the property. Please advise us at the time of booking if you require the linen package. Linen costs are charged per stay - £40 (king room only) or £80 (king and twin room) and the package includes one set comprising of bed sheet(s), duvet cover(s), pillowcases, and bathroom towels for your stay. All linen and towels are 100% cotton. Please bring your own beach towels as these are not supplied. **For safety, there is a lockable gate adjacent to the pond to limit access to children. Please note, we do not charge a compulsory cleaning fee (which many Airbnb properties do), because we have so many wonderful guests who leave the cottage clean and tidy. However if you'd rather not and wish to take advantage of our cleaning service it is charged at £80 per stay - please let us know if you'd like to add this service.
