Spanish Steps - Your boutique spacious apartment
Cosy apartment in Via del Corso
Description
You will feel like at home in our charming and quiet apartment located in the heart of the ancient Rome. The area is one of the fanciest of the city, with the Spanish Steps and Via dei Condotti at 5 mn walking distance, and plenty of restaurants and fashion shops. [In the fall we will renovate the apartment by renovating the bathroom, replacing the kitchen and the window frames, installing air conditioning, and replacing the sofas and dining table]. The space The apartment is centrally located at the third floor of an elegant XVIII Century building with no elevator; it preserves its precious and original characteristics, with exposed beams and wooden floor. It is finely furnished and has two large and comfortable double bedrooms, a wide living room with kitchen area and a small terrace. Heating is available in every room. Air conditionning will be available starting from January 2026. The kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your meals: fridge, hoven, kettle and a typical Italian coffee machine (Moka). However, if you prefer to spend out your time, we can provide you a full list of restaurants and coffee bars, some of them at less than five minutes walking distance. In the bathroom, there is a comfortable bathtub for those who want to relax or for little ones, but it's also possible to take a simple shower. An hairdryer and a washing machine are available for use. Toilet paper, hand soap and towels are also availables. We offer free wi-fi connection. The apartment is ideal for families of four people or for small groups of friends. The main touristic attractions are at walking distances from where you will stay: - Spanish Steps and Ara Pacis: 5 minutes - Villa Borghese Park: 10 minutes - Via dei Condotti (fashion shops): 10 minutes - Pantheon,Trevi Fountain and Pizza Navorna: 15 minutes - Piazza Navona: 20 minutes - Roman Forum and Saint Peter Square: 30 minutes For families with small children, we recommend a walk to Villa Borghese, one of Rome's oldest parks where you can rent a bike, eat an ice cream, or let your children ride the carousel. Be aware that there is an uphill section to reach it. Alternatively, you can go to the Explora Children's Museum on Via Flaminia, also a 10-minute walk but completely flat in this case. There you will find water games, a supermarket game, and many other attractions. If you decide to go, we suggest booking in advance. The accommodation is very close to the metro, which is directly connected to Termini train Station (Line A - Flaminio stop). Several bus lines that allow you to reach Rome's main points of interest are also close (Piazzale Flaminio and Largo Goldoni are the main stops). A Carrefour supermarket is a 5-minute walk away on Via Vittoria, while a little further, on Via Tomacelli, you will find "La Esse" supermarket from the Esselunga group. We also recommend visiting the grocery store on Via Angelo Brunetti where you can get an excellent slice of white pizza filled with hams, salami and /or cheeses or simply enjoy it plain. Guest access The apartment is entirely at guests' disposal. A small covered terrace is also available where you can have a snack or an aperitif. Other things to note Pick-up service available to/from FCO airport for €55.00.
