Pear Tree Farm is a rustic grade 2 listed Tudor/Georgian family, lived in farmhouse with a large rambling garden. Full of character, and quirky charm, the house sleeps up to 10. There are 4 double bedrooms, with comfortable beds. And a small double sofa bed in the back snug. We are 20 minutes from the heritage coast. The space There is a rambling garden with apple trees and pond at the back of the house. Lots of beautiful butterflies and blue tits in the summer. It is very peaceful and not overlooked. The property is surrounded by fields in the front of it and a quiet road. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house Other things to note We have two cats Smudge and Sid.
