Finca Treviña - Apartment 1

The shared area is framed in a landscaped space where the pool is located, recently renovated. From its large private terrace you can have wonderful views towards the sea and the mountains. Well connected to explore the north of Tenerife, and Teide National Park. 10-15 minutes by car to the coastal area. The space Finca La Treviña is a rustic property located in the upper area of Los Realejos, in a very quiet area. Finca la Treviña was renovated in mid-2022. From this enclave, you will have a spectacular panoramic view of Puerto de la Cruz, the ocean, and the mountains on the other side. The property has 14,000 square meters and the upper part of it is planted with numerous avocado trees. The complex is surrounded by a rural area and offers a relaxing and quiet vacation, away from the tourist masses in an authentic Canarian estate. Despite the location on the outskirts, it is a 10-minute drive to Puerto De la Cruz, and its famous Playa Jardín and Loro Parque. Also about 10 minutes by car you can reach Playa del Socorro in Los Realejos and the beautiful village of La Orotava. A barbecue in the garden, as well as on each of the private terraces of each stay, offers the customer the possibility to prepare their own food and enjoy it outdoors. The shared pool was renovated in mid-2022. The electric sauna was installed in the summer of 2013, and although it is domestic it is very nice. Apartment 1 has 2 separate bedrooms, one of which has a double bed (1.50 m x 1.90 m), and the other bedroom has two twin beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m). The bathroom has a shower and bidet. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your vacation, including a 3-burner gas stove, refrigerator, countertop oven, microwave, toaster, and orange juicer. On the large private terrace, there is a private BBQ, with its table, chairs, and umbrella. The living room has a fireplace and TV. Sheets, shower towels, and kitchen towels are included.
