Town centre studio with en suite shower room (free street parking 24/7 located on blencathra street and all adjoining streets) Dog friendly (no CATS) but I’m afraid I ask not on the bed. This property is not suitable for children. Please note this property has a macerator toilet which means some noise when flushing! Also next door property has one also. No bike storage available. This is in a town centre location which means street noise can be an issue! SENSITIVE EARS PLEASE BE WARNED! The space This is a 4 bedroom flat converted into studios so other rooms are in close proximity, however all rooms have a minimum noise policy 10pm TIL 8am however but I’m not responsible for external noise I’m afraid. Location is walking distance to plenty of restaurants and pubs but does sit on the main road coming into keswick so traffic noise may also-be an issue. Please understand your booking a town centre location so if your after countryside silence best to look further out of town as keswick can be a busy town. I do provide earplugs and the room is double glazed. King size four poster bed with wardrobe and shelving Dining area with kitchenette facilities NO OVEN! Microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer. Please note this is a TV FREE Accommodation. However Wi-fi is provided Selection of teas, coffee and sugar for that ever needed brew in the morning! En-suite shower room with macerator toilet ( noise warning when flushed 10 second mechanical noise) No parking but free street parking just 2 minutes walk along blencathra street and all adjoining streets. Guest access This is a 4 bedroom flat converted into studios so other rooms are in close proximity. As this is a studio everything is contains in one room however this is only accessible by the guest. Hallway and entrance are shared with other guests so noise must be kept to a minimum during hours from 10pm until 8am! Other things to note This room contains a macerator toilet which means only toilet paper strictly no other items baby wipes etc
