This is an amazing 72m2 riverside Apartment in Art Deco Gatsby Style, A/C, it has a breathtaking Balcony on the fifth (top) floor, with an unique view onto the Buda Hills, Danube and Margaret Island. The living room and also the bedroom has an amazing view of the river Danube, you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch and romantic dinner on the Balcony with a sunset view as well. The space The dining table is a foldable pool-table from the late 19th century, from the UK. You can also enjoy a snooker/pool game before or after the dinner as well. You can find many indoor games. If you ever thought about time travel, this is the place, where you would like to stay. The Radio in the living room is from the 50's, all original, but you can connect your phone through BT, and listen your favourite music from it. The 2 armchair in the hall is the work of Imre Mahunka, from the early 1900's, he was the furniture manufacturer of the last hungarian Caesar-King, Charles the IV. On the Balcony you can enjoy every day a nice breakfast, and take a sunbath, there are 2 sunchairs. The Kitchen is full equiped, you can find the main ingredients for cooking there, also coffee and tea. Bathroom is also full equipped. Only bathtub, no shower. The bedroom has a 180*220cm main bed, the 2nd bed is a portable bed 80*190, which you can place whereever you would like in the apartman. The bed is suitable for an adult and for a child as well. The living room has A/C, a big flatscreen smart TV over 100cm, the Bedroom has a flatscreen TV as well, with over 100+ channel. A Wine fridge is located in the living room for your convenience as well. The most important thing,that you can watch TV from the bathtub as well, since the bathroom has 2 entrance, one opens from the bedroom and the TV is just in the sight from the tub. Making commercial videos and photos are not permitted, unless you contact me first. Other things to note Also, I am a private tourguide as well, up to 3 people, with my comfortable car.
