This apartment surrounded by meadows is very rural along the Mergelland route and a short distance from Maastricht and Valkenburg. Both from the living room and the bedroom one has a beautiful view over the hilly landscape. Maastricht city center, MUMC+, Maastricht University and the Mecc are accessible from this location by public transport. An excellent spot for both a relaxing and business stay! The space The apartment can be accessed by stairs from a shared hall. The entire upper floor of the house is furnished as a guest house and is equipped with all the comforts. The bedroom with its stunning view features two single box springs and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a toilet, bathtub with shower, washbasin and föhne. There is also a set of towels available for each guest. The kitchen has a 4 burner electric stove, refrigerator, oven, oven, microwave, Senseo machine and kettle. Kitchen is also fully equipped with pans, boilers, crockery and cutlery. The living room with amazing views to the meadows also has a spacious corner sofa / sofa bed and two armchairs.
