Thanks to its cosy interiors and spacious outdoor areas with wide furnished terraces, this villa is the perfect family holiday home throughout the summer. Upon arriving at the villa, guests are first received by the large covered terrace that runs along the entire side of the property. It is well-furnished with comfortable armchairs, a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The doors of the covered terrace lead to the interior of the villa to the living/dining room. Next to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen made of pine wood. There is also a laundry room available for guests. A corridor leads to the two bedrooms, all pleasantly furnished and air-conditioned. The first is a double bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower (floor-level shower), while on the other side of the corridor is the elegant main double bedroom with a private bathroom (separate floor-level shower). On one side of the villa there is a complete kitchen with barbecue, countertop and oven, as well as a magnificent outdoor dining area. On the other side of the villa there are views of the large swimming pool, which has hydromassage jets at one end for greater fun. Sunbeds are provided. Free air conditioning from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am. The tourist tax is included in the rates Information to be taken into account: In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
