The space Private stairwell leads to a covered deck and entry to your own one bedroom suite. 9 ft ceilings make this new space bright and inviting. Wet bar with fridge, dishes and an electric BBQ on the deck. Sugar, coffee filters, salt and pepper and other spices are supplied complimentary if requested. Additional small appliances available upon request. Living room is comfortable with 42 inch smart tv and high speed 5g wifi included. Bathroom has walk in shower with large vanity. Two lounge chairs outside on the covered deck are perfect for sunsets or morning coffee. Owner lives upstairs on the premise. Guest access Access the home by the lit stairwell on the left side of the house. Lockbox is located by sliding glass door and code will be supplied the day of check in for self checkin. Other things to note McKinley Beach has its own beach access at the bottom of McKinley beach drive. One parking spot is available at the front of the home. Enjoy 1 km of beach front. Access to the dock and marina are private but there are chairs and tables to sit on at the beach and a swimming platform. There is paddle board / kayak rentals down at the Marina office by the beach. There are 15 km of hiking trails throughout the community as well as an outdoor gym on the corner of Shayler and McKinley beach drive.
