Annexe with field views nr Goodwood and Witterings

This is our peaceful annexe in rural Sidlesham, within 10-15 minutes of Chichester Town Centre, Chichester Marina, RSPB Pagham Harbour and West Wittering beach, or 15-20 minutes drive to Goodwood and the South Downs National Park. You’ll have use of your own private deck to perhaps enjoy some al fresco dining or morning coffee. It’s calm and relaxing with views over fields and very tranquil. Please come and enjoy our beautiful area and lovely annexe. Switch off from City life. The space The annexe is a recently renovated 50.sq.m detached building only for guests - open plan sitting/dining and cooking area overlooking the fields. Calm decor. Bedroom one has a king size bed overlooking the fields; bedroom two is a bunk room with an adjoining bathroom. Note: the bathroom is accessed via the bunk room. The deck is 10.sq.m for your private use but it adjoins our private garden. Guest access Private property and entrance . Parking for one car on shared driveway. Other things to note The annexe has a work top and sink, a kettle, toaster, small fridge, small microwave combi-oven and a portable single induction hob rather than a full kitchen. i.e no full size oven and hob. The decking is for your use but the photo depicting the lawn is the view of our private garden. We have children but would respect your privacy. We don’t mind infants- but you will need to bring a travel cot etc.
