SANTI APOSTOLI is a 2 floor-apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen. Located in Cannaregio near Santi Apostoli square: 5 minute walk to Rialto and 15 to San Marco square. After midnight no check-ins are allowed! The space SANTI APOSTOLI is a duplex apartment composed of: - 1st floor: kitchen with dining table and dish washer; bedroom with 2 single beds; bathroom with bathtub. - 2nd floor: large bedroom with 2 / 3 single beds and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The whole apartment is air-conditioned. Please keep in mind that Venice is built on water. If you have problems with mosquitoes, make sure to bring or buy mosquito spray in advance! Guest access In the apartment you'll find dishes, glasses, cups, pieces of cultery, microwave, oven, stove, fridge, dish washer, electric kettle. Free wi-fi throughout the apartment. Other things to note BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL YOU WILL BE ASKED TO FILL OUT OUR REGISTRATION FORM WHICH IS MANDATORY ACCORDING TO ITALIAN LEGISLATION AND NOBODY MAY ENTER THE PROPERTIES WITHOUT IT. We don’t put laundry detergent inside because of the allergies, so you have to bring it with yourselves or buy it. Thank you for your understanding. We have a lot of mosquitos in Venice, please don’t crush them on the wall, but use the spray. You are kindly asked to separate and eliminate the garbage according to the rules before your check-out (from Monday to Saturday between 08.00 and 10.00 am, Sunday no garbage service!): bringing either to the closest garbage collection point or giving them to the garbage man. There is an additional cost of 50 € for the late check-in (between 18.00 and 24.00). After midnight no check-ins are allowed! The guest is fully responsible for the keys during their stay.
